RIDE DESCRIPTION - Healey Creek is located East of Trout Lake.  Travel south along Trout Lake to the old town site of Gerrard at the head of the lake.  Cross the head of the lake bridge and follow the river for a few kilometres until you see another bridge.  This is a good place to unload if you haven't done so already.  Cross the bridge and follow the road up to Healey Creek.  Markers along the road are a heli-gas tank in an open area and an abandoned Avco trailer camp.  This ride is easily accessible for novice riders as the trail leads you ride up to the spectacular alpine.  Riding beyond this poin becomes more difficult.  Existing trails throughout.
